THE CLOSE SUPERVISION OF LARGE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION : SEBI


Mumbai : Veteran class banks in the U.S. and other developed countries has gone through more regulatory monitoring . There are some group are certain noticed which are large financial institution and these are going on monitoring process cause systemic risk.

Securities and Exchange Board of India ( SEBI ) Chairman UK Sinha said , '' according to the size of our economy and the market are institutions that are large enough . We need to keep track of them . Through its coordination mechanism we have identified some institutions whose is being monitored on a regular basis . ''

Sinha said that large financial institutions are prohibitive rational concept for India .'s . However , according to size is not as large as the U.S. institutions . '' Identify a group of two or more large financial institutions such as the market is segmented on the basis of its presence . These companies are widely Five Sectors, banking , insurance , securities , are non- banking finance and pension fund sectors .
