HDFC bought a business of Morgan Stanley

Housing Development Finance Corp (HDFC) has reached an agreement.

Under the agreement, Morgan Stanley Mutual Fund HDFC Mutual Fund in India has acquired all eight schemes. These eight mutual funds combined have assets worth Rs 3290 crore.

 HDFC stock market is a declining trend in stock prices. 0.88% this morning at 11:35 am on BSE at Rs 783.40 with osteoporosis.
